Services Description
Actyra provides e-learning tools, software products, and professional services including:
- ReSCORM content liberation and modernization services
- Custom quiz development and conversion
- Consulting and strategy services
- Software products (SyncroLearn, Simple SCORM LMS Adapter, SCORM 4 Cross Domain, Simple SCORM Packager)
The specific terms governing the use of our software products are detailed in separate End User License Agreements (EULAs) provided with each product.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Actyra's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Actyra's website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Level and Support
Actyra strives to maintain high availability of our services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support levels and response times are determined by your service agreement. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability, with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitations of Liability
